Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers are being evicted from their $3 million home in Calabasas, California, after racking up $84,000 in unpaid rent.

Amid their messy divorce, which recently saw Denise, 54, being granted a permanent restraining order against Aaron, 53, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her estranged spouse are being booted from their rental property.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six on December 29, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled in favor of their landlord during a hearing on Friday.

The landlord had served Denise and Aaron with an eviction notice after being unable to reach Aaron for months in regard to their nonpayment, and is now requesting that he and Denise pay his attorney fees and cover any damages.

As noted in the report, Denise and Aaron signed a lease in June 2020 and put down a $24,000 security deposit. However, Denise hasn’t lived in the home for two years. Instead, she put the financial responsibility on Aaron as he and his family chose to stay in the home, before accusing them of trashing the residence.

Denise and Aaron’s eviction comes amid Aaron’s efforts to gain spousal support from his estranged wife. As RHOBH fans may have seen, Aaron recently filed court documents, claiming that he’s on the verge of homelessness and owes $125,000 in past due rent, as well as $10,090 for past due HOA fees.

“I am in literal danger of being made homeless with no vehicle and no cell phone unless the hearing can be advanced to an earlier date and orders can be entered allowing me access to the substantial funds that are being controlled by [Denise],” he alleged.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
