Southern Hospitality star Grace Lilly was arrested and booked at the Charleston County Jail in the wee hours of the morning on Monday after cops discovered “happy pills” in her car during a traffic stop on Sunday night.
After being pulled over for allegedly making an illegal lane change, the 27-year-old, who had a warrant out for her arrest because of a second-degree harassment charge, was hit with a “drugs/narcotics violation” due to the findings of the Charleston Police Department.
According to a police report obtained by Page Six on December 29, Grace was pulled over on Sunday, around 11 p.m., in her Mercedes-Benz with Brandon Klavon as her passenger, and ultimately put in handcuffs before requesting her purse.
“Inside the purse, a small container with ‘Happy Pills’ imprinted on the top was located, which contained 12 circular white pills with a ‘P’ imprint on one side, and half of an oblong blue pill with no identifiable imprints,” the police report stated. “When asked about the pills found inside the purse, the offender stated that the blue pill was Xanax and the white pills were birth control. The offender stated she had a prescription for the Xanax but did not have any proof of that information available at the time.”
Grace also didn’t know the brand of her supposed birth control pills, so they were taken by the police and sent for testing.
In her mug shot, Grace wore a blue and white striped top as she smirked for the camera.

Before the incident, Grace told her fans and followers on Instagram that she was headed out to see Marty Supreme. Hours later, after being released from custody, she returned to social media with another post.
“~Wavy Baby~,” Grace captioned a December 29 image of herself in a bikini on a beach.

After also sharing the image on her main page, Grace was met with backlash from a commenter who wrote, “Girlllllll now is not the time.” However, Grace remained unbothered.
“The time is now,” she replied.

Grace Lilly has been featured on all three seasons of Southern Hospitality.
