Shep Rose was called out by content creator and podcaster Tinx after sharing details about a run-in he had with her earlier this week.
Before being blasted by Tinx, 35, for questioning her about her follower count amid their meeting, the 45-year-old Southern Charm star admitted to being “impressed” by Tinx, even though he didn’t initially know who she was.
“Funny story. Was in the bathroom line with this gal chatting it up and two [girls] ran up and asked for her picture. I was like. Who is this? And maybe I was bizarrely jealous? She’s [Tinx] and she writes so I’m impressed,” he wrote in a caption of an Instagram selfie of the two of them on December 30.

A short time later, Tinx reshared the post on her own Story, where she added more context to their run-in, recalling Shep’s inquiry about her online audience.
“Then he asked me ‘how many followers do you have’ anyway that’s how I met Shep,” she revealed.

After the encounter, social media users were left in stitches, with many shading Shep for asking such a question and others encouraging Tinx to “run” from the potential love connection.
“Run girl! Run!” one person wrote in a comment to a post shared by Page Six on TikTok.
“Tinx nooooooooooooo,” said someone else.
Others commented, “Girl runnnn,” and, “Girl, don’t do it.”
Meanwhile, several people were fans of the possible pairing, saying that Shep and Tinx “deserve each other” and were “perfect for each other.”
“Oh I like this for them,” one person admitted.
Southern Charm season 11 airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
