Kandi Burruss took aim at her estranged husband, Todd Tucker, in newly filed court documents.
Months after filing for divorce, the 49-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has accused Todd, 52, of failing to pay child support and claimed he doesn’t spend “significant” time with their two children, Ace, 10, and Blaze, 6.
According to January 8 court documents obtained by Us Weekly on January 12, Kandi requested a hearing to determine a parenting schedule for the kids and child support for Todd.
As RHOA fans will recall, Kandi requested joint custody of the children in November when she filed for divorce. However, she changed her request to primary after Todd responded to her divorce documents by requesting sole custody.
As she explained in her latest court documents, Ace and Blaze have “significant monthly expenses,” which include childcare, school tuition, extracurricular activities, parties, medical expenses, travel bills, and general day-to-day needs.
While Kandi claimed Todd has not contributed to their children’s bills, she noted that he is able to and pointed out that he’d gone on several international vacations. She also described Todd as a self-employed entrepreneur and added that he did not pay the mortgage or bills for their marital home.
“[Todd] does not exercise parenting time with the minor children on a significant basis despite the façade of his two-to-three-minute social media videos chronicling his ‘Daddy Daycare’ on his social media platforms,” she alleged.
Todd has also reportedly interfered with Kandi’s custodial time.
“Specifically, during the recent Christmas holiday break, [Todd] attempted to prohibit the children from traveling to New York to visit [Kandi] even though she had previously incurred costs of travel for the children and provided [Todd] with significant notice of her intent to exercise parenting time during the children’s designated Holiday Break,” her documents alleged.
Meanwhile, Todd’s lawyer, Randall Kessler, told Us Weekly, “Rather than commenting to the press, we leave these matters to the court and what is in our properly filed documents.”
Days prior, in court documents of his own, Todd argued against Kandi’s request for confidentiality, stating that she’d discussed their divorce “with various media outlets” as he remained silent.
“[Kandi] has engaged in a public press tour, including making statements directly and through her agents to multiple media outlets, and has continued to publicize the existence and substance of this litigation on social media and in the press,” his motion stated. “Having voluntarily placed the proceedings into the public domain, [Kandi] cannot now credibly claim that sealing the case is necessary to protect the integrity of the proceedings or the best interests of the minor children.”
And his lawyer added, “Rather, the requested relief appears aimed at selectively restricting public access in order to control the narrative of a dispute that [Burruss] herself has chosen to make public.”
A judge has yet to rule on Kandi’s request.
Amid the drama, Kandi took to her Instagram page on January 11, where she confirmed she’d lost 16 pounds since the start of her run in & Juliet on Broadway and showed off her abs.
“In between the matinee & our evening show with my wig off & taking a good look at myself… When I started [& Juliet] I was about 161lbs. Now I’m down to 145 in less than 2 months. No diet meds. Just a little stress… & then changed my eating, prayer, fasting, & working on me. I gotta keep this going! Gonna be the best version of myself!” she declared.

Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker were married for 11 years.
