Carl Radke and Venita Aspen traveled to London on Thursday.
After sparking romance rumors last November while attending BravoCon in Las Vegas, the 40-year-old Summer House cast member and 32-year-old Southern Charm star, who enjoyed a five-hour date with one another in December, confirmed on their Instagram Stories that they were both headed across the pond.
“But first an airport bathroom selfie,” Carl wrote in the caption of a January 22 post, which included The Clash’s “London Calling.”
He then shared a second image with the caption, “Ello,” as he gave his fans and followers a look at a flight board with his destination.
Meanwhile, Venita, who previously dated her former castmate, Jarrett “JT” Thomas, 40, shared that she, too, was off to London.
“Going to London and I would love to know the best places for vintage shopping and fun local spots,” she wrote with a selfie of her own.
Carl and Venita’s trip comes just one week after she appeared on Watch What Happens Live and confirmed that the two of them were taking their relationship “one day at a time.”
“[We’re] going out on dates and trying to get to know each other better,” Venita shared on the January 14 episode of WWHL. “[Carl is] very intentional, and he’s a really hard worker, and it’s really attractive. [He’s] very kind. He’s tall, has a great smile.”
“I’m trying to see if [a relationship] can be there,” she added.
As they explore their new romance, Carl, who called off his 2023 wedding to Lindsay Hubbard, 39, in August of that year, has also announced a new podcast.
“Yes, I started a podcast 😉 Why? Because I wanna learn from the folks who are doing the work, and friends who’ve inspired me along the way. We’ll talk the good bad and the ugly but most importantly, the healing, reinvention and self discovery. I definitely don’t have it all figured out, but none of us really do, but that’s why we’re here. Excited for you guys to see and hear More Life! I think you’ll be surprised with what you’ll find,” he shared on Instagram on January 22. “First episode drops on my birthday, Tuesday, Jan 27th and new episodes every Tuesday wherever you get your podcasts. See you soon.”
In an accompanying video, he added, “Growth is not a one-time event. Growth is a choice that we make every single day. I didn’t just get her by accident. I had to put the work in and I had to make the choice every single day. So what is this all about? My name’s Carl Radke and I’m bringing to you ‘More Life’ with me, Carl Radke.”
