Kathy Hilton and her husband, Rick Hilton, weighed in on a recent report suggesting that Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky had reconciled while attending an event earlier this week.
After revealing that Wheel of Fortune host Vanna White, 68, was a “dear friend” and had been present during the birth of her now-31-year-old son, Conrad Hilton, the 66-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friend reacted to the idea that Kyle, 57, and Mauricio, 55, were back together.
“Not that I know personally. But you never know. Every day’s a new day,” Kathy told Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap, via a clip shared on Instagram on January 21. “I, personally, think I would’ve heard about those rumors. I’ve heard them, too. But I did not hear it from Kyle. These sources sometimes are delulu.”
“Don’t believe everything you hear,” added Rick, 70.

As for her friendship with Vanna, Kathy spoke of their relationship during a guest appearance on a celebrity-themed episode of Wheel of Fortune earlier this month.
“Vanna is a dear friend of mine. Vanna and I go back forever and ever and ever, and I remember when she first got pregnant, and she was really nervous. So I had the most beautiful birth tape that Rick had filmed of Paris. And it was from behind my head, done very tastefully, beautiful, and so I said, ‘You’re going to watch it with me.’ And we watched it, and she said, ‘I feel so much better already,’” Kathy revealed.
She then shared that Vanna had been present when she and Rick welcomed Conrad.
“I invited her to be in my birthing room at Cedar Sinai, so she came. And our son Conrad is here today. She was right there. Vanna was front and center,” she stated. “We had so much fun.”
Following Conrad’s birth on March 3, 1994, Vanna welcomed her son, Nikko Santo Pietro, 31, on June 10, 1994, after “23 hours of labor and a C-section,” as she shared on her show.
