Brandi Glanville debuted a new look on Instagram on Sunday, weeks after confirming she’d received a diagnosis following a years-long battle with what she described as a face parasite.

As she offered a thank you message to board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Nicholas Nikolov and posed alongside healthcare advocate Rachel Strauss, the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum appeared “happier and healthier,” and fans couldn’t help but take note.

“Thank you Dr. Nicholas Nikolov the amazing CellSound and for preparing me for The Sundance Film festival & looking forward PBM Princess movie event at Kemo Sabe,” Brandi wrote in the caption of her January 25 post, which included a photo of her and Rachel.

In the comments, several Instagram users weighed in, saying that Brandi was “definitely looking so much better” and encouraging her to “stay strong.”

“Oh gosh you look so good and healthy!” one person said.

Another wrote, “She is back!!!!! Ya look fabulous and healthy!!!!!!!”

After meeting with her plastic surgeon, Brandi traveled to Park City, Utah, for the Sundance Film Festival, where she attended the premiere of Side Effects May Include, which Rachel produced, and posed alongside her on the red carpet.

As RHOBH fans may have seen, Brandi confirmed she’d received a diagnosis during an interview with TMZ in December 2025 after spending over $100,000 amid a two-and-a-half-year health crisis.

“I do finally have a diagnosis, and I will be sharing that soon. I have a long road ahead of me to get fully better, but I finally have an answer, so I’m just thrilled,” Brandi revealed, admitting that the past few years have been “low.”

“I’ve turned into an introvert. Leaving my house, I get the worst anxiety because I’ve been in my house for two years … It’s gonna be a long road ahead of me, but I called my mom today, and she literally cried, because sometimes I sit down and I can’t go up, and like it’s so scary,” she added.
