The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Kelly Dodd revealed on Monday’s episode of her and Rick Leventhal‘s live show that Jill Zarin “got in trouble” for her rant against Sunday’s Super Bowl Halftime show.
As the 62-year-old Real Housewives of New York City alum’s daughter, Ally Shapiro, 33, and former co-stars, Luann de Lesseps, 60, and Sonja Morgan, 62, applauded Bad Bunny‘s performance, and Zarin Fabrics made it clear they had no ties with Jill, Kelly revealed what she knew about the situation.
“I woke up to this message from Jill Zarin saying she got in trouble, and I was like, trying to write her back, and then Rick Googled it,” Kelly shared on Rick & Kelly’s Daily Smash on February 9.
“It was all over the place. There were a lot of people commenting on what Jill commented on, on the Halftime show,” Rick, 66, replied.
Although Kelly didn’t explain how Jill, who is set to star in E!’s The Golden Life, got in trouble, she said that when it came to her own thoughts, she “enjoyed” the show.
“I don’t know why I enjoyed it, but I like his music. I like the dancing,” she admitted.

Meanwhile, on her Instagram Story, Ally praised the Super Bowl Halftime show as the best she’d seen in years.
“[In my opinion] I loved it [so much]. The cinematography was fantastic. It was like they put filter over it looked like a film. Best halftime show in years. which honestly is weird to even call it that it was like a true performance with a story line and actors and the direction, lighting everything was perfect,” she wrote in the caption of a clip of Bad Bunny’s performance.

On her own Instagram page, Luann encouraged her fans and followers to “choose love” as she showcased a sign that was displayed during Sunday’s event.
“The only thing more powerful than hate is love,” the message read.

On X, Sonja promoted inclusivity.
“Let’s not be divisive. Let’s be incluuuuuusive-Sonja Morgan,” she wrote in a message.

As for Zarin Fabrics, the company condemned Jill’s rant and confirmed that they haven’t been associated with her for many years.
“Zarin Fabrics stands firmly against racism, discrimination, and rhetoric that seeks to exclude or diminish people based on identity, culture, or background,” it began in the caption of a post, which included an image of Jill with a large red “X” across her face.
“We want to be absolutely clear that Jill Zarin has not had ownership of or been associated with Zarin Fabrics for several years. Our company operates independently, and any public statements attributed to her are made in a personal capacity and do not reflect our values, beliefs, or operations,” it continued. “Zarin Fabrics is built on creativity, collaboration, and respect for the diverse communities that shape art, culture, and expression. We condemn language or viewpoints that undermine those principles, and we remain committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment in everything we do.”
