Bethenny Frankel‘s former attorney, Jamie Schreck, whom she sued for $2 million, is accusing her of dragging her feet, failing to offer key information, and ignoring an offer to settle amid their ongoing court battle.

Years after the 55-year-old Real Housewives of New York City alum accused Jamie of improperly drafting documents related to a $4.95 million condo she purchased during her marriage to ex-husband Jason Hoppy, 55, he suggested she had been avoiding being deposed since 2022.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on March 3, Jamie claimed Bethenny “abandoned” the case, “failing to prosecute or do anything on it for nearly four years,” and ignoring the $25,000 offer he made to settle the case.

Jamie also said that Bethenny hadn’t provided any potential dates for deposition. However, according to Bethenny and her team, she never abandoned the case and insisted she was currently engaging with the proceedings.

As RHONY fans may recall, Bethenny sued Jamie in 2017 for malpractice, alleging that the attorney made mistakes with her trust when drafting up documents for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo she purchased in 2011. After buying the property with her own money, despite her marriage to Jason, with whom she shares 15-year-old Bryn Hoppy, and taking out a mortgage, Bethenny demanded $2 million in damages from Jamie, who she said failed to consult with her when preparing the legal documents.

As Bethenny explained in her court documents, Jamie’s alleged malpractice gave Jason, whom she split from the following year, 50 percent interest in the condo.

Ownership of the condo was “heavily litigated in the divorce proceeding, which would have been avoided but for the improper trust agreement,” she stated.

Meanwhile, in response documents, Jamie denied wrongdoing and noted that any damages were the fault of third parties, including Jason.
