Ciara Miller is thriving in the midst of the Summer House scandal that saw Amanda Batula and West Wilson confirming a romance with one another at the end of last month.
In addition to purchasing her grandparents’ $400,000 home in North Carolina in 2025 amid production on season 10, Ciara, 30, has also been enjoying the stunning views and over-the-top amenities at her $12,000 per month rental apartment in New York City.
According to an April 1 report from The Post, Ciara is living in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that boasts nearly 1,500 square feet and is located on the Lower East Side.
In addition to an open kitchen with high-end Miele appliances and custom finishes, the apartment boasts oak wood flooring.

Meanwhile, on a recent episode of Summer House, Ciara opened up about her decision to purchase her grandparents’ longtime rancher in Belmont, North Carolina, which is just outside of Charlotte.
“I’m going to North Carolina this week. I’m going to go meet with an architect for my house,” she said. “It’s my grandparents’ house. So, I bought their house from my dad and his siblings.”
According to Ciara, she knew that her grandparents were going to be selling the three-bedroom brick home, so she made plans to buy it herself last March.
“My grandfather built this house,” she explained of the $400,000 property. “It’s where my dad and his siblings grew up … [Then] growing up, once my parents got divorced, we probably lived in like five different houses from kindergarten to high school. My grandparents always just had that one house.”

“The holidays were spent here,” Ciara continued. “This is definitely the house that raised me. [And] I want it to stay in my family’s name forever. It’s just really special, and I can’t believe I have … saved my money, and been responsible enough, and also paid my taxes, [and] that I can buy this house and it belongs and remains in our family.”
“It’s just a way of me honoring all my grandparents’ hard work, and the sacrifice that they went through to even have a home, and build a home for their family, and I hope to be able to have that with my family one day,” she added.

Summer House season 10 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
