Brandi Glanville declared she ready to “squash the beef” with Lisa Vanderpump – over 10 years after their falling out. Brandi also defended Lisa against Scheana Shay – and slammed the current cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Over a decade ago, Lisa refused to forgive Brandi after she shared her feeling that she was manipulated by Lisa into pushing certain storylines on the show. Before this, she and Brandi were close allies. Some fans felt that Lisa later played a hand in getting Brandi kicked out of the cast.
In a new memoir, Lisa’s former employee Scheana (from Vanderpump Rules) suggested that Lisa exploited her former affair with Brandi’s then-husband Eddie Cibrian. This storyline was the catalyst for Pump Rules.
On her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast, Brandi said she’s ready to “squash the beef” with Lisa.
“We were, like, best friends,” said Brandi. “I kind of miss her, honestly. … We would talk mad s**t [in her house]. I also saw that Scheana wrote horrible things about Vanderpump in her book. And I mean, I’m sorry, but [Vanderpump] literally saved Scheana.”
“[Lisa once] called me and she’s like, ‘Don’t get mad at me. Scheana fell and knocked her front tooth out. So I paid for her to get her front tooth,'” Brandi recalled. “This is like at the beginning of when she brought that wh**e around me.”
Brandi clarified that this is how she felt at the time.
“And I was like, huh, okay, you really care about her,” Brandi went on. “I think that she’s done a lot for Scheana. So for Scheana to go in her book and completely diss her. … I didn’t read it. I read the headlines. But apparently it’s a good book.”
“But I mean do you have to do that?” she asked, addressing Scheana directly. “You didn’t do it when you guys were friends and [Lisa] got you jobs and she made you famous. Why do it now? I mean I have real beef with [Lisa]. I lost over a half a million dollars. It’s different. But I still kinda miss her.”
Brandi’s statement about losing “half a million dollars” seems to be a reference to Joanna Krupa‘s 2015 defamation lawsuit, after Brandi repeated a rumor about her on Watch What Happens Live. Brandi later had to pay Joanna $500,000.
Recently, Brandi also shaded the current cast of RHOBH.
“Crazy to think the Beverly Hills reunion is 3 parts, What are they going to talk about??” she asked on X. “We learn more about them from tabloids than on the show. [These] girls give us nothing. … Dorit literally gave us the only entertainment.”
