Lisa Vanderpump and Stassi Schroeder slammed Scheana Shay after her alleged involvement in Marciano Brunette’s accusations against Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jessi Draper. Stassi also called out Scheana’s “betrayal,” as Lisa recalled how she “always defended her.”
In Scheana’s new memoir, the Vanderpump Rules star – who was fired after season 11 with the rest of the cast – accused Lisa of gaslighting and manipulating her in order to launch her television empire.
On the newest season of Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa (starring Lisa and Stassi), Lisa’s employee Marciano claimed that Scheana was involved in his lie about sleeping with Jessi. Since the beginning of Pump Rules, Stassi has claimed that Scheana isn’t a good person, though Lisa often stood up for her.
On a clip from the new season of Vanderpump Villa, Stassi met with Lisa and discussed how they “slag[ged] off” Scheana after learning about her alleged involvement with the SLOMW drama. (‘Slagging off’ is a British phrase that means to mock or criticize.)
“So we slag off a human being, Scheana,” said Stassi, via @bravotalktoomuch on Instagram.
“There you go,” said Lisa. “Mission accomplished.”
“We slag off someone who’s been slagging us off,” said Stassi.
“Right, exactly,” said Lisa.
In a confessional, Stassi expressed, “It’s so crazy that we’re in England, but we’re still having to deal with Scheana running her mouth back at home.”
Back in the scene, Lisa said jokingly that she’s known Stassi since she was “in diapers.”
“I’m 37. I started working for you when I was 21,” said Stassi. “And the second I met Scheana, I’ve had this opinion the whole entire time. Like, this isn’t news to anyone.”
“I always defended her,” Lisa admitted.
“Lisa, you’ve always loved Scheana,” said Stassi. “You always have. So the fact that she [did this] makes the betrayal so much worse.”
In her confessional, Stassi added, “Lisa had employed Scheana for years. And the second that Vanderpump Rules was done, she took the opportunity to just talk s**t on Lisa. To what, sell books? To stay relevant? This is like the most Scheana thing ever. Whenever she is faced with a decision where it’s like you can go one of two ways, she always chooses the wrong one in my opinion.”
Toward the end of the scene, Lisa mocked Scheana’s voice by holding her nose and speaking in a nasally tone.
