Rumors started circulating recently that LeAnn Rimes was in talks to join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
As longtime fans of the franchise know, LeAnn is married to Eddie Cibrian, the ex of RHOBH alum Brandi Glanville. LeAnn and Eddie got together via an affair while he was still with Brandi.
DeuxMoi was the first to report on the rumor, writing on Instagram, “Leann Rimes’ name has started circulating in casting conversations for the next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
Brandi took to X to react to the rumors, firing off a visceral response.
“I hope it’s true about RHOBH,” she wrote. “I mean she got everything else of mine – husband, kids, boobs, Bronco, random illnesses – she might as well just be a housewife and finish it off once and for all.”
LeAnn also reacted to the rumors via her Instagram Story, sharing a clip of The Bachelorette’s Rachel Lindsay and Chelsea Stark-Jones talking about her possibly joining the show on the May 5 episode of the Morally Corrupt Bravo Show podcast.
“The rumor is LeAnn Rimes’ name is being floated around to Beverly Hills,” Rachel stated. “To that I’ll say, as a fellow Dallas girl, I’ll take it! Sign her up!”
Chelsea noted LeAnn seems “open to sharing” her life, as she recently shared a video of a jaw procedure she had done.
Rachel also noted she’d “take a new album while we’re at it.”
LeAnn took to the comments of the podcast’s Instagram to confirm what’s going on.
“omg, dying! SCHOOL QUEEN 👸🏼 no, no…. no housewives for me,” she stated. “Playing Dixie on 911 nashville is drama enough for me.”
Dolores Catania and Teddi Mellencamp also discussed LeAnn potentially going to RHOBH on a recent episode of the Two Ts in a Pod podcast.
“I do not believe this for a second,” Teddi said. “That’s not going to happen. And two, I just don’t see her… She’s got a lot of things going on. I just don’t see LeAnn Rimes on the next season.”
“I’d like to see something on the next season,” Dolores added. “But hey, that’s just me.”
RHOBH is currently wrapping up its 15th season tonight, with the third part of the reunion airing.
