Taylor Frankie Paul revealed why her Secret Lives of Mormon Wives co-stars “resent” her, addressed her feud with Mayci Neely, and responded to backlash over her social media activity.
Recently, Taylor unfollowed Mayci – who shared support for Mikayla Matthews amid her feud with Taylor. Both Mikayla and Mayci have suggested that Taylor was in the wrong for continually going back to her ex, Dakota Mortensen. Now, Taylor and Dakota are in the middle of a public custody battle, with both sides accusing the other of domestic abuse.
Some fans have accused Taylor of rushing to social media to shade any co-star who disagrees with her.
On May 19, Taylor wrote a caption on TikTok: “Everytime I open my socials it’s something new and I don’t have the gift of ignoring.”
A fan in the comments suggested that she “delete the apps.”
“I left for two months off socials,” Taylor responded. “It doesn’t solve anything.”
Another fan speculated that her lawyer was “exhausted.”
“We talked today,” Taylor responded. “And [it] was a good convo.”

Another fan wrote, “It just keeps coming … So sad about you and Mayci though.”
Taylor replied, “Me too it’s sad 💔 dv is very serious and I won’t be told how to feel.”
When another user suggested that MomTok won’t survive this, Taylor responded, “Everything will be okay.”

Later on, a fan shared that “no one” on SLOMW would be “anywhere today without Taylor.”
“These comments is why they resent me,” explained Taylor. “We did this all together and they deserve the same credit. I could not do this alone ❤️ I do appreciate the support. However they did it all too.”
A different fan said, “Don’t open the socials.”
“I have to,” Taylor replied.

Earlier this week, Taylor unfollowed Mayci after she wrote a comment about Taylor’s casting on SLOMW.
“We never begged [Taylor] to be on the show,” said Mayci at the time. “[Mikayla and I] advocated for her to be on the show when they were going to cut her bc of her arrest before filming season 1.”
“Mikayla and I have never stabbed her in the back. Unfortunately she is her own worst enemy. We have done nothing but check in on her, love her, and try to help her for 3.5 years,” she went on. “There comes a point where you have to set a boundary to protect your own mental health.”
All seasons of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives are now streaming on Hulu.
