Carl Radke said the Summer House cast is still “confused” by Amanda Batula and West Wilson’s relationship timeline, and he hinted that there’s “a lot more” to come at the reunion. Carl also addressed KJ Dillard’s BPD diagnosis, and he shared whether he thinks Amanda and West will stay together.

At the reunion, Amanda claimed that she and West didn’t become intimate until after they released their joint statement confirming the controversial romance, which was kept a secret from their friends. West previously was in a relationship with Amanda’s good friend, Ciara Miller.

Speaking to TMZ, Carl called the reunion “intense” as he addressed Amanda and West’s timeline.

“[The timeline] was confusing in the moment,” he said. “I think we were all … processing it in real time. I mean, I still think a lot of us are confused as to what’s going on.”

“And that’s what’s made it so kinda hard to move forward, because we just don’t really understand,” said Carl, before he teased the rest of the reunion. “There’s a lot more that happens … And then there’s other stuff that I think was maybe kind of bubbled up later on that people didn’t realize.”

But Carl said the reunion also had “good” moments.

Kyle and I come together. Obviously, we had our kinda big fight at the end of summer, but there were some nice moments still,” he said. “But yeah, it’s going to get way more intense.”

Later on, Carl was asked if the friend group would eventually “come around” with Amanda and West.

“You never, never know what’s going to happen, but I think right now it feels like that’s really hard,” he said. “But I think there’s still a lot of s**t that kinda we’re learning and figuring out. But you never know. Look at me. Me and Lindsay have been friendly and kind of in a good place [after our split], which has been really nice. I never thought we’d be that way ever again.”

Carl then addressed the claim that KJ should stay away from reality TV given his BPD (borderline personality disorder) diagnosis, which he shared at the reunion.

“I think it’s important for him to share his honest story and be authentic, which I’m really proud of him for,” he said. “It’s really up to him what he feels comfortable with. I think last summer he had a lot of fun. … He’s a strong kid, he’s resilient.”

As for whether he thinks Amanda and West will stay together, Carl answered, “Absolutely not.”
