Kim Zolciak has made some major accusations against her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, in her latest court filing.
According to the documents, Kim accused Kroy of getting physical with their kids and having loud sexual intercourse near them.
In the docs that TMZ obtained, Kim alleged that, during a tense argument, Kroy threw one of their sons over the couch in his home.
She also claimed Kroy’s been sleeping with multiple women as of late, including one woman who stayed at his home and vacationed with their children. Kim specifically said her kids “have reported on multiple occasions not seeing [Kroy] for hours on end, but hearing him engage in sexual acts with his girlfriend of the moment.”
While a court-appointed guardian dismissed the incident with Kroy and their son, stating he was sizeable for his age, Kim pushed back, insisting he’s still a child despite how big he is.
She went on to note that two of their other kids have shared what they want for their living situation, but they were called liars by the guardian.
Kim stated the guardian was informed of the allegations of physical, mental, and emotional abuse by Kroy but said “no professionals have sounded an alarm because the abuse did not ‘leave marks.’”
She also alleged that she’s “constantly contacted” by her children while they’re being taken care of by Kroy, as they’re hungry and want food or are sick and want medication.
The guardian, Kim said, has taken Kroy’s side and recommended that he be awarded primary custody by the court, which he was.
She also submitted a text message she claimed was sent to her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, by one of Kroy’s friends who is a girl, which read, “I believe Kim. He is abusive. And his abuse is unlike any I’ve ever witnessed.”
An insider dished to TMZ that the reason Kim stayed quiet for such a long time was due to the allegations made in the new documents.
As recently reported, after it came out that Kim had lost primary custody of her children for now, she fired back, calling the news “inaccurate” and “misleading.”
”These allegations and accompanying headlines are inaccurate and misleading, both factually and legally,” she wrote on her Instagram Story at the time. “I continue to share joint legal custody with my children and look forward to addressing these matters in court, where I am confident the record will be clarified and set straight.”
Kim said that, as a “single mother” and the “sole provider” for her six kids, she works hard to “make sure they have medical care, food, and all the necessities they need.”
”To say that I neglected my children because I went out of the country to work and provide for them is absurd,” she added. “Any single mother would understand that when you are doing everything on your own, you will do whatever it takes to care for your children and put food on the table. I know the truth, and when the truth comes out, it will shock you.”
