Kelli Ferrell shared the ‘before’ image of Drew Sidora ahead of her recent liposuction, as she reacted to Drew comparing her body to a “stuffed Cornish hen.” Drew then clapped back and shared her own “before and after” photos of Kelli’s face.
Earlier this week, Drew and Mia Aesthetics shared footage of her body before and after her recent liposuction by Dr. Fasusi. At the time, Drew mentioned that she had a mommy makeover in the past.
On Sunday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, Drew doubled down on calling Kelli “Miss Proportions” on Real Housewives of Atlanta. To make matters worse, Drew also compared her co-star to a “stuffed Cornish hen.”
In a June 9 post on X, Kelli shared the ‘before’ image of Drew ahead of the liposuction next to a photo of a chicken. Kelli then shared her reaction to Drew insulting her body.
“The AUDACITY!” wrote Kelli. “Calling me Ms. Proportion after that miracle worker showed the before and the after from Surgery #1 is wild. Your BEFORE was AFTER the mommy makeover.”
“Drew, you’ll always be a SpongeBob, Boxed Shaped Buick,” Kelli went on. “Even after you got the P special.” In the post, the star provided a Cornish hen recipe from her upcoming cookbook.
Drew soon responded by sharing a video showcasing her new figure, as she promoted her new song: “Well [Kelli] since I have your attention … Make sure you download and stream my new single ‘How Does It Feel?’ available now on all platforms!”
A couple of hours later, Drew shared her own “before and after” photos of Kelli’s face, implying she’s had work done.
Throughout the new season of RHOA, Drew has been accused of plotting with co-stars (including Porsha Williams and Phaedra Parks) to expose newbie K. Michelle, who’s friends with Kelli. Drew, Porsha, and Phaedra have all denied it, though some fans believe that Michelle is telling the truth.
