Shamea Morton said she might lose her job with the NBA because of Angela Oakley’s cheating allegations. She also accused Drew Sidora of “morphing into” Porsha Williams, and she shared more details behind K. Michelle’s claim that Kandi Burruss didn’t want Shamea to be friends with her.
On a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Angela insinuated that Shamea cheated on her husband with Hawks and Falcons players amid her job as in-game host for the Hawks.
On Reality with The King, via @thebravoshaderoom on Instagram, Shamea said she possibly might lose her job with the NBA because of Angela’s “allegations,” as she’s now “having to prove my innocence.”
She suggested that the claims are ridiculous because she’s married and the players are young enough “to be my child[ren].”
“Why would I sleep with the players if my husband can own the team?” said Shamea, who shared that she “never” had relations with a Falcons or Hawks player. “I dated one athlete when I was in college, like in 2003. And he played for the Kansas City Chiefs. And it was short-lived.”
Later on, in a clip shared by @thegworlsarefightingg on Instagram, Shamea denied rumors that she had a “BBL” (Brazilian Butt Lift). Soon after, she was asked about the speculation that Drew (who recently shared that she had lipo and a ‘mommy makeover’) is physically trying to become Porsha.
“When you’re right, you’re right,” said Shamea, taking a sip of her drink. The star said she saw the photos and “had to look twice” because she initially thought Drew was Porsha.
“It’s like you’re morphing into [her]. It’s just weird. … You were so mad I was on the lap. I guess you wanted to be there,” said Shamea, addressing Drew’s past insinuation that Shamea was Porsha’s ‘lap dog.’ “Well, there you go, sis. Enjoy. … What’s the movie, Single White Female? … Now you all asking me am I jealous of her?”
At one point, Shamea denied Michelle’s claim that Shamea told her on a night out that Kandi doesn’t want them to be friends.
“That was actually the opposite,” said Shamea cryptically, addressing Michelle’s story. “I have … my receipts. When [Michelle and I] left the anthem thing [together], the car dropped me off at the Chastain Park, where my mom met me, and I met Kandi and her mom and her mom’s friends.”
“I got [a] timestamp on my photos [to prove my timeline] of when we was with K.,” she added. “It was not 2 a.m. It was midnight, actually.” The star also showed a photo to refute Michelle’s claim that her mom was dressed inappropriately at the time.
Despite everything, Shamea says she likes Michelle and is still excited to get to know her. The star added that she indeed told Michelle that she didn’t invite Michelle to keep hanging out that night because Kandi didn’t want her there, as Kandi is “loyal” to Michelle’s enemy, Rashida.
In spite of this, Shamea said she believes that other castmates were plotting against Michelle in the season, and they’re now trying to make Michelle “look like she’s crazy.”
