Katie Maloney accused Stassi Schroeder of not letting people into her life unless they’re “on [her] f**king payroll,” as Stassi reacted – calling Katie a “b**ch.”

Earlier this year, Katie revealed that she filmed Stassi’s new Hulu reality show, House of Stassi. The women were once close on Vanderpump Rules, before Stassi was fired. In the years leading up to the new show, Katie and Stassi barely posted together at all, leading fans to wonder why.

In a preview for House of Stassi, Katie called Stassi out.

“You just make your world smaller and smaller and smaller to the point where it’s like … if they didn’t come out of you or they’re not married to you or they’re not on your f**king payroll, they don’t get to be in your life,” said Katie during a one-on-one sit-down with Stassi.

In a confessional, Stassi revealed her reaction.

“D**n this b**ch is good,” she said, via @bravobravobravobri on Instagram. “And that’s the type of truth-telling we need on reality TV. I need her to do this show.”

Back in April, in an interview for Marie Claire, Stassi recalled her secret falling out with Katie.

“No one knows that we had a falling out for years,” she said. “Now we’re rebuilding our friendship after growing in two completely different directions.”

“The last time people saw me [on Pump Rules], I was this crazy girl … crashing out, dark passengering,” Stassi added. “I work really hard. I try really hard and I’m constantly trying to build the most for my family, and I’m proud of what I’ve done in the last five years. I still crash out. It just looks different. … People have seen my lowest moments, my highest moments, all of it. … This is the first time they’re seeing what my life is actually like now.”

She then addressed her firing from Pump Rules in 2020 – after she reportedly called the cops on castmate Faith Stowers, who had done nothing wrong.

“I was incredibly selfish and chaotic and I just feel like I didn’t consider other people before I did things or said things. And if I were still in Vanderpump Rules, I’d probably be the same person. This time away from reality TV has shaped who I am now,” she said. “There is not a day that goes by that I don’t think about the canceling. I have this insecurity: Is this person I’m meeting, do they think these things about me? And that’s my burden to have, and I’m okay with it. But it’s not like it just happened and then I came back. No, I will live with this for the rest of my life.”
