West Wilson posted and deleted a heavily edited photo of Amanda Batula on her birthday on Friday and was quickly called out for doing so.
As Jesse Solomon, 33, shaded him on TikTok for alluding to the idea that they were back on good terms, the 31-year-old Summer House alum faced backlash from fans who raised questions about the odd post before returning to social media to proclaim that he and Amanda, 35, were ignoring the negativity.
In his July 24 post on his Instagram Story, West shared a photo of Amanda sitting at a table outside of a restaurant looking completely unrecognizable.
“HB homegirl,” he wrote in the caption.
After the deleted post was shared on Reddit, fans weighed in.
“Yassified for anonymity,” one person wrote.
“He yassafied her into a different ethnicity. Let’s leave out the part where she looks way more like [West’s former flame, Meija Moreno] here than herself,” said another.
Shortly after deleting his post, West reshared the same picture of Amanda with a different caption this time, writing: “HB twin! @amandabatula.”
Fans had more reactions as they compared Amanda to Rulla Pontarelli, 46, and Leva Bonaparte, 47.
“Why would you use the word, Twin???” asked another Reddit user. “That seems so bizarre to me to call your girlfriend that lol.”
“If I ruined my friendships, career and reputation for a guy that FaceTuned my pics and called me homegirl I would check myself into some sort of treatment center,” someone else noted, giving a nod to West and Amanda’s betrayal of Ciara Miller, 30, and Kyle Cooke, 43.
Later, West shared another post on his Story with an acronym for “twin.”
“Together We Ignore Negativity,” his post stated.
In another post, he and Amanda were seen in an even more edited image, which was captioned, “lomls,” for “love of my life.”
Meanwhile, on Jesse’s TikTok account, he shared a video of himself mouthing the words to a woman saying, “Imagine how tired we are. Imagine how tired we are of it.”
“Had this in the drafts, felt fitting today,” he added in a caption, seemingly giving a nod to West posting what appeared to be a new image of him on his Instagram page last week.

Following the sharing of Jesse’s clip, one fan said, “Him trying to drag you down with them is diabolical,” as another agreed West “tried to drag you into the flames.”
