The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke revealed that her son Philip is planning to enter the priesthood after graduating from college.

Philip recently completed his education at The Citadel, a military college in South Carolina.

During a recent appearance on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy, Sutton shared her son’s big post-college plans to enter a seminary and join the priesthood.

“I cried when he told me. It was such a big decision,” she said. “You’re in seminary school for six years, and then you become a deacon of the church, and then you join the priesthood.”

Sutton also shared that Philip has a “positive outlook” on the entire situation.

“He’s like, ‘If it doesn’t work out, I can leave,’ which I thought was a good positive outlook on it because you learn a lot in seminary,” she noted.

On a 2022 episode of RHOBH, Sutton spoke about Philip’s career plans. He initially told her he wanted to join the army as he’d grown up “too comfortable.”

“You know, he lives a nice life,” she said at the time. “I said, ‘Oh, well, I’ll make you uncomfortable then.’ I sent him to Georgia when it was gonna be 105 degrees with 100 percent humidity. I made him get a job. He had to be there at 5:30 in the morning to deliver vending machine Cokes and stuff.”

“A month later, when I picked him up, he wanted to go to college,” Sutton added.

After Philip decided to attend a military school, Sutton stated that she felt they both had won.

Kid news aside, it was recently reported that Sutton put her Bel Air home on the market for $8.9 million.

Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles alum Josh Flagg is the real estate agent Sutton entrusted to sell her home.

On June 11, he shared the listing, detailing the home as having a “championship tennis court, more than an acre of impeccably landscaped grounds, and exceptional privacy.”
