Sutton Stracke has listed her four-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles for $8.9 million.
Just over five years after purchasing the home, the former estate of late Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss, for $5.3 million, the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has enlisted the help of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles alum Josh Flagg, 40, to unload the home, which she has renovated in the years since buying it.
On June 11, Josh announced the listing on his Instagram page, sharing that the home featured a “championship tennis court, more than an acre of impeccably landscaped grounds, and exceptional privacy.”
“Hidden behind mature hedges and gates, the property offers a rare combination of scale, elegance, and resort-style living in Los Angeles’ most sought-after neighborhoods. A sweeping motor court sets a memorable arrival, leading to a stately Georgian residence where timeless architecture and sophisticated interiors blend seamlessly,” he continued.

The front of the home offers charming curb appeal with a second-story porch.
Inside the home are large windows and white walls, which make the most of the natural lighting from the outdoors.
“The home features soaring wood-beamed ceilings, richly detailed millwork, custom stone fireplaces, and expansive windows overlooking the surrounding gardens and grounds,” Josh revealed.

The living room features arched ceilings with large wooden beams.
Just off the living room is a piano room with bay windows.

According to Josh, the home is perfect for both entertaining and comfortable everyday living.

A wet bar can be found outside of the dining room.
Of the kitchen, Josh wrote, “At the heart of the home is a generously scaled chef’s kitchen with an oversized marble island, premium appliances, and abundant space for gathering and hosting.”

High-end appliances and stunning hanging lights are seen in the kitchen.
Upstairs is a luxurious primary suite with built-in shelving and a fireplace.

The master bedroom is large with a view of the grounds.
Sutton’s spa-inspired bath boasts an oversized walk-in shower and a soaking tub.

Also in the master suite is a custom dressing room.

The closet has plenty of shelving and cabinets.
The other three bedrooms are en-suites with their own bathrooms.

A marble-lined fireplace can be found in one of the guest bedrooms.
Outside is a resort-like backyard that has not only a swimming pool, but also multiple terraces and outdoor dining areas.

Stone pavers surround the in-ground pool.
A championship tennis court can also be found in the backyard.

Lush landscape surrounds the tennis court, which features high-grade lighting for evening matches.
Josh went on to describe Sutton’s home as an “extraordinary setting rarely found in Bel Air.”
“Whether hosting large-scale events or enjoying a quiet afternoon at home, the property delivers an unparalleled lifestyle defined by space, privacy, and recreation. A rare opportunity to own a true tennis estate on over an acre in Bel Air,” he concluded.

As RHOBH fans will recall, Dorit Kemsley, 49, whose own home is facing foreclosure, infamously shaded the home for being located on a “main road” at the season 14 reunion.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 16 is expected to go into production sometime in the coming months.
