A new report is shedding light on the Summer House season 11 cast as season 10 stars KJ Dillard and Bailey Taylor hinted they’re back.
The show historically begins filming over the Fourth of July weekend, which means filming likely began this past Friday or so.
Both KJ and Bailey posted photos of themselves to their Instagram Stories and tagged their location as Southampton, New York.
As fans of the show know, that is precisely where it tapes, so it definitely seems to be strongly hinting at their return to the series.
Queens of Bravo is reporting, “According to a source, Kyle, Carl, Lindsay, Jesse, Mia, KJ, and Bailey will be the main cast for Summer House season 11. Expect some additional people to join as well. Ciara will pop in and out.”
One person who won’t be returning is West Wilson, who caused a slew of drama after he and Amanda Batula confirmed they were in a relationship.
Insiders connected to the show in early June stated West was not asked back to the series, but he could possibly pop in for a cameo at some point.
Lindsay Hubbard, a longtime Summer House vet, suggested West had been fired from the series as opposed to it being his choice to leave.
“The fact that West wants The Knicks to lose so they play game 6 and less people will then watch the Summer House bonus episode… does this man even want a job next season?” Lindsay posted on June 13 on Threads.
She was referring to West revealing he hoped the New York Knicks lost game five of their championship series so that a sixth game would air on the same night the bonus episode of Summer House aired. His thought was that people would be paying attention to the Knicks, then, rather than Summer House.
Lindsay added, “Too late,” seemingly suggesting that he wasn’t asked back.
Deuxmoi first reported the news of West’s firing on May 27, posting, “West Wilson was allegedly not asked back for the next season of Bravo’s ‘Summer House’ after Ciara Miller reportedly made it clear she would only return if he didn’t… Producers ultimately chose Ciara over West,” insiders told the outlet on May 27.
After the news of West’s exit broke, he spoke out on the development during an interview with Lucas Brody.
“I wanted to tell it on my own. But that is true. But in their defense, I don’t think it would have been a fun summer,” he said.
It was also revealed last month that Amanda would be departing the show as well.
On June 29, TMZ shared the news, noting that while Amanda will not be seen in a main role, she could make an appearance as a guest in a group setting.
