Filming for season 15 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is currently underway.
As fans were able to piece together from very obvious posts on social media, the cast’s trip is currently taking place in South Korea.
An insider exclusively spilled to Reality Blurb why the cast trip is taking place there, as it’s a rather elaborate trip.
According to the source, “The cast trip they’re going on is a big deal because nothing else has really gone on this season, drama-wise.”
“Production’s hope is that a big trip will aid in making something happen,” the insider continued, “as thus far nothing really big has occurred and the entire season is a lackluster snooze.”
As Reality Blurb previously revealed, a source insisted that filming was “not going well.”
“Nothing has really gone on,” they shared at the time. “There hasn’t been any drama, and it’s been relatively boring.”
They also noted that the contracts the women were given this season only guarantee 10 episodes. There could inevitably be more, but it means that at least ten are guaranteed.
“The way things are going, it doesn’t look like it will get more than that,” the source added.
They also shared the women “keep leaking filming locations and events,” but “it’s all coming off as boring.”
“No one cares,” they insisted.
One thing that has captured a lot of attention in the press that has occurred during the time the women are filming is the arrest of Teresa Giudice‘s daughter, Milania.
Milania, 20, was taken into police custody by Montville Township police after her involvement in a domestic incident on May 14 that occurred around 6:12 p.m.
As a result, Milania ended up getting charged with “simple assault” and “purposely/ knowingly causing a bodily injury.”
“[Milania] did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of … a disorderly person’s offense,” a judge stated, per Page Six, at a hearing that took place yesterday at the Montville Township Municipal Court.
While there, Milania entered a not-guilty plea.
An insider also shared that Bravo and Sirens “want Teresa to tape about Milania,” but she’s allegedly been “resistant.”
“They are annoyed as this is not just a show about parties, and they brought her back,” they added. “This is a reality show and they want to film her reality, but she’s not open to it.”
Milania has been spotted filming, but, of course, that doesn’t mean the situation will be addressed. Ultimately, time will tell if she or Teresa does end up addressing it on camera and, as one source reiterated, “fans better hope they do, as there really isn’t anything else of substance this year.”
