Milania Giudice was accused of punching an unidentified victim in the face during a court hearing on Tuesday.

Following rumors suggesting that her stepfather, Luis Ruelas, 52, may have been involved, a judge shared new details about Milania’s alleged May assault, stating that the 20-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star and daughter of Teresa Giudice, 54, struck her victim in the head with her fist.

“[Milania] did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of … a disorderly person’s offense,” a judge stated, per Page Six.

While the court hearing was held at Montville Township Municipal Court, Milania appeared virtually with her attorney, Alan Kraminsky, and entered a not guilty plea.

After her arrest for assault earlier this year, Milania broke her silence on the legal drama as she clapped back at a fake mugshot that was making its rounds on social media.

“That’s AI,” she explained in a TikTok video. “I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of … [but] sh*t happens in life. It is what it is, you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it. I just was not in a good area in my life. That happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other stuff happened to me.”

“Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t,” she added.

As RHONJ fans may have heard, it was Milania’s older sister, Gabriella Giudice, 21, who called police on May 14 amid the alleged domestic incident, sharing that Milania was “acting erratically” and “throwing food [and] candles.”

While Milania’s reported victim was not named, rumors began swirling shortly after her arrest was made public, claiming the RHONJ cast was convinced Luis was involved. It was then stated that Luis may have been trying to break up a fight, and Milania has since praised him as the “best step dad.”

Milania is due back in court in August, where she will face up to six months in jail, probation, and more than $500 in fines.
