Jenn Fessler revealed her latest text to Rachel Fuda amid their falling out after Rachel called out her out on it, shaded her podcast, and slammed Jenn for climbing the “social ladder.”

In the past, Rachel suggested that she felt “betrayed” by Jenn because she chose to be friendly with Teresa Giudice. Neither Rachel nor Jenn were brought back to film the new season of Real Housewives of New Jersey, though Jenn has a successful podcast.

On Kim DePaola’s Get Real podcast, Rachel called Jenn “messy.” She shaded Jenn for sending Rachel a condolence text after her grandmother passed away — at a time when Rachel and Jenn weren’t speaking.

“Are you serious?” said Rachel of the text. At one point the star added, “My grandmother passes away and you send me a text message? … Go do your f**king podcast. Go climb your social ladders. [I’m] not interested.”

In a later episode of the same podcast, Jenn clapped back.

“So Rachel and I are not speaking. We haven’t spoken,” explained Jenn. “So I sent her a text, Rachel. I don’t even remember, whatever it was. ‘I am so sorry. [Your grandmother] was so wonderful. Thinking of you and Chris, I’m sending flowers.'”

“That’s her big complaint about me?” asked Jenn. “Tell me what I’ve done to her. … What has Jenn Fessler done to her?”

According to Jenn, Rachel’s shade toward her podcast shows how “competitive” she is.

“Why’s she even bringing it up? Well you know what, Rachel, let’s tell the whole f**king story,” Jenn added cryptically.

Back in 2024, Rachel revealed her issue with Jenn, who chose to be friends with Teresa and her husband Luis Ruelas.

“I definitely feel betrayed. We don’t have a friendship anymore,” Rachel told Entertainment Tonight at the time. “Her words and actions are not the same. Say what you mean and mean what you say. If you don’t want to be around these people, then don’t be around them. But if you truly, genuinely like her and you want to be around her? That is fine with me … [if] that is what she was saying to me, but it wasn’t.”
