Scheana Shay hinted that Janet Caperna broke her trust and told Brittany Cartwright behind her back that Scheana’s husband, Brock Davies, cheated on her while she was pregnant. Fans are now questioning if this is the reason Janet and Scheana aren’t as close as they once were.

Last year, Scheana also shared, and Lala Kent later confirmed, that Lala herself leaked the cheating information (which Scheana later addressed in her memoir) to Jenna Willis, a Vanderpump Rules castmate who was against Scheana at the time.

In the new season of The Valley, Lala has defended Janet repeatedly, clapping back at seemingly anyone who challenges her. Some fans claim this is Lala’s only storyline.

On her Scheananigans podcast, Scheana addressed her friend’s “betrayal.”

“After I found out that [Lala] had told Jenna [about Brock’s cheating], I said I just need a little time to process this,” she explained, via @breakingtherulespodclips on Instagram. “This is really heavy. This is a big betrayal.”

Scheana added that Janet also revealed the information behind her back.

“Around the same time, I found out Janet had told Brittany,” said Scheana. “And so I’m dealing with two of my closest friends doing this to me.”

Though she claimed that Janet had “good intentions,” Scheana expressed that it was “not okay” and “not your place.”

Fan account @breakingtherulespodclips then questioned if this is why Janet and Scheana aren’t as close.

In the comments, fans shared their reactions.

“You couldn’t waterboard this information out of me if my bestie told me this,” said one user. “[It’s] wild that Lala and Janet shared this info with other people.”

“Janet and Lala [are] the two snakes,” said another fan. “No wonder Lala came in to the snakes defense [on The Valley] … Now it makes more sense.”

“[Janet] is horrible. [Lala] Blah-bla is her annoying sidekick who judges others while simultaneously giving us nothing about her life,” wrote a different user. “Blah-blah needs an ultimatum, share your life or get off our TVs.”

New episodes of The Valley air Wednesday nights on Bravo.
