The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville has been continuing to deal with a slew of medical issues.
While she’s not currently on television, she has kept up with her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered.
On a recent episode, Brandi, 53, opened up about her former friend Kim Richards‘ relationship with her sister, Kyle Richards.
“They have a sister love, but also, you know, Kim has her struggles, and I think that Kyle, you know… no one in the family is going to let her go homeless, but there has to be a point where you can’t enable her,” Brandi shared. “And if she’s not paying rent and she has any spare money, like, what is she using it for?”
Brandi was seemingly referring to Kyle, 57, suing Kim, 61, to evict her from her condo last year, coupled with a recent photo of Kim that surfaced where people thought she looked homeless.
“Otherwise, you’re just enabling her, and you’re paying for her to do whatever she wants to do,” Brandi added. “And I think, you know, I know for a fact that Kyle cares so much, and… when they weren’t talking, Kyle would call me to go check on Kim. You know, so I know that there’s a ton of care there. And she’s like, ‘How’s my sister?’ I was like Kim’s babysitter in a weird way, but, you know, I had to stop, too.”
When asked if that’s what ended her friendship with Kim, Brandi said, “I don’t think it’s ended. It’s just – it was too much.”
Recently, a GoFundMe was started to help offset Brandi’s mounting medical bills.
In the wake of that, she took to TikTok to thank fans for their support.
“Hey guys, I just want to say thank you so much for all of your support,” she stated. “I’m not having a good day, obviously, as you can see from this video. Um, just thank you. I don’t know what else to say. It’s all a giant mess.”

Brandi also shared a seemingly grim remark regarding her father, who was hospitalized in May for heart-related issues.
“I’m going to try to head down to see my dad, ’cause he called me last night to say goodbye – his final goodbye,” she said. “And I’m just going to have to do my IVs in the car, I don’t know, but I have to go see him.”
