Kim Richards has surfaced in Santa Monica for the first time since her eviction drama with her sister, Kyle Richards.

Over a year after Kyle, 57, sued Kim in an effort to get her out of a two-bedroom condo she owned in Encino, California, following an alleged relapse on Kim’s part, the 61-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum was seen in a rare photo that has fans convinced she is not well.

In the photo shared by TMZ on August 24, Kim appeared to be painting as she sat on a park bench near the Santa Monica Pier on Friday, wearing a red dress, a cowboy hat, and just one tan boot.

Although the image raised questions about Kim’s living arrangements, sources told the outlet she was not homeless, and they insisted that Kyle helped her get a place in the area.

Insiders also said that Kim, despite her ongoing addiction struggles, has continued to spend time with her daughters, who live in Los Angeles.

Following the sharing of the photo, fans expressed concern, writing, “She doesn’t look well,” “This breaks my heart,” and “This makes me so sad … I hope she has supportive people around her.”

“Omg this is sad to see. I hope she gets better soon,” someone commented.

Others said Kim looked like she needed a hug as they demanded paparazzi “leave her alone.”

“We should give so much to privacy to people who want it. My heart goes out to her family, her kids, grandchildren & especially her. Let people heal,” another advised.

As RHOBH fans may recall, Kyle and Kathy Hilton, 67, revealed at the season 14 reunion that Kim was living in Florida and “doing better.” Months later, speaking to The Daily Dish, Kyle said Kim was “good” after the move as she offered an update on her sister and their family.

“She has the most beautiful grandchildren I’ve ever seen; they’re unbelievable, and I’m really close with them, and I love them so much,” she shared. “I just went to Kim’s granddaughter’s little Halloween thing at school, and it was so fun to go and see, and [having] that relationship with them is nice.”

“[My grandniece] was, like, calling my name when she was supposed to be taking a group picture, you know,” Kyle added. “I’m just obsessed with them.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 is currently in production.
