There has been a slew of drama surrounding Taylor Frankie Paul for quite some time now.
Recently, Mikayla Mathews quit The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, alluding to Taylor, 32, as the reason.
Now, Taylor has taken to Instagram with an announcement that seemingly points to her leaving the show as well.
“My gratitude goes to all the networks that supported me throughout this and gave me the chance to return. However, I don’t desire to move forward like this,” Taylor wrote. “I originally was willing to be removed to let them all continue on with less stress and I’m back to that point. Some of the girls know what I’ve been through and then to turn and collectively pile on with their ‘statements’ knowing there has been ongoing abuse through the system the last 8 months on top of what I’ve endured.”
“Almost the entire cast plus some, going at me….laughing about my kids is disgusting,” she continued. “And I bit my tongue there. These same people had meetings telling me I need to lead the way of pay….my voice was the only one that can make it happen and then they would work from what I demanded.”
Taylor noted she’s “grateful” that she “never followed through with their requests of demands” and “grateful I kept same pay out of fairness and integrity.”
“I treated production and crew with respect always, in fact they are ones who checked on me throughout this,” she elaborated. “I agree it’s to the point of bullying for months now. What makes it harder to take in is some of these parents have made mistakes that would result in the same judgment I’m receiving yet pointing a finger.”
She concluded by explicitly stating that “it’s a pleasure to remove myself so they can continue, because I’ve almost convinced myself I’m deserving of all this pain and, to a certain degree, absolutely this is consequences of my actions.”
“My question has been how much suffering and scrutiny is going to be enough…I’m just relieved to be out,” she added.
Taylor’s post included three photos.
The first one was a selfie of her looking upset. Over it was what appeared to be an Instagram comment that read, “This actually would be the definition of cyber bullying…I’ve seen this, studied this, and watched friends’ children go through this. They are not team kids. There are so many kids struggling with digital bullying and they are ganging up on someone who’s struggling and unwell to humiliate her and for what…to make a point?!? They are parents themselves. Not a good look.”
The second was a blurred-out picture of her.
“I wasn’t in the intro because, on my way, I was sent messages stating there was a group that wanted to get me to the point of committing suicide,” she wrote over it. “I turned around sick, wanting to be home. Real or not, someone made them for me to read.”
The final photo was one of her looking defeated and upset.
She included the following comment from someone about her: “Yeah, because a group of grown adults making ‘jokes’ about a person and their situation while they are already in a dark time in their life is absolutely hilarious, right? Not! Disgusting, bullying behavior, and even worse, they are all parents as well, making ‘jokes’ about a situation involving children and that! TFP is not perfect by any means, but the bullying and that needs to stop!”
