The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Taylor Frankie Paul is making headlines once again when it comes to her ongoing custody battle.
This time, a new report is alleging the mom of 3 has failed multiple drug tests in recent weeks and as a result, has lost out on visitation time with her children.
According to TMZ, sources close to the custody case tell the outlet Taylor failed the drug tests within the last 60 days. And the courts have since ruled that she is now limited to just 8 total hours a week with her three kids.
She will now get 4 hours a week with the two kids she shares with her ex-husband Tate Paul, 9-yr-old Indy and 6-yr-old Ocean, and another 4 hours with her 2-yr-old son Ever with Dakota Mortensen.
For the time being, the name of the alleged substances Taylor, 32, tested positive for are unknown with a source stating one of them is not readily available as a prescription medication.
Even more, sources close to Taylor spoke to TMZ, and they did not deny these new bombshell claims. Rather, they told the outlet that they consider this leak continued harassment and intimidation due to the gag order issued in the custody case.
We reported back July that Tate and Dakota had seemingly teamed up and were using the same attorneys in their custody battles against her.
Tate, whose earlier request for a temporary restraining order against Taylor was denied, is seeking sole custody of their two kids together. It was Tate’s case against Taylor that led to a judge implementing drug and alcohol testing for the SLOMW star.
Back then, it was required for Taylor to pass her drug tests if she hoped to regain her solo parenting rights which includes unsupervised visits.
And back in July, child services filed a petition against Taylor as they asked a court to intervene to determine that her three children had been “abused, neglected or dependent.”
Then in August, Tate petitioned the courts as he requested that they unseal Taylor’s drug tests amid their custody battle.
After a shocking video of Taylor fighting with Dakota was leaked earlier this year, during which she could be seen throwing chairs and screaming at him with her daughter nearby, Dakota was granted temporary full custody of their son as well as a temporary restraining order against her.
Back in April, Dakota and Taylor were each granted three-year mutual protective orders.
