Taylor Frankie Paul’s ex-husband, Tate Paul, filed a motion requesting that the results of Taylor’s drug tests be unsealed. The exes are now in the midst of a contentious custody battle over their two kids. (Meanwhile, Taylor is also battling for custody of her youngest child, who she shares with ex Dakota Mortensen).
A few weeks ago, Tate requested a restraining order against the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star because of her purportedly erratic behavior. Tate stated that he thinks he should get sole custody of their children, though Taylor denied his allegations. Around the same time, a judge ordered that Taylor be drug-tested amid the case. The court said Taylor’s visits with the children can be unsupervised, so long as she doesn’t fail the drug tests. If she does fail a drug test, Taylor’s visits will reportedly be supervised.
According to TMZ, Tate filed a motion on Thursday requesting that Taylor’s drug tests be unsealed. An insider who’s close to Taylor told the outlet that Taylor indeed was drug-tested, and both of the parties agreed that the State should be notified of the results. This is apparently part of her transparency and cooperation with the State.
Sources previously told the outlet that Taylor thinks Dakota is telling Tate lies, which triggered Tate to go to court.
Last month on Instagram, Taylor addressed the claim that she made her six-year-old daughter change the diapers of her two-year-old son.
“[I never] forced or made my daughter change diapers,” she said at the time. “If she ever wanted to, I let her. She likes to help. She’s in that phase of, like, mommy’s helper, wanting to do the diaper bags, changing. If that is bad on me, so be it.”
“I don’t claim to be this ‘mother of the year,’” she said, “[but] I can confidently say that if you were to put any of my children up on a stand, they are choosing Mom and Mom’s house every time … I love my children. They know that I love them.”
