The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley is currently in the throes of a bitter divorce from Paul “PK” Kemsley.
While many of their disputes have been over finances, a new allegation has been made regarding their children.
Specifically, PK, 59, has accused Dorit, 50, of denying him time on Father’s Day, according to a new TMZ report.
PK filed a response in court to Dorit’s request for $40,000 a month in combined child and spousal support, which the outlet obtained.
He claimed Dorit makes more money than him but suggested a payment of $581. PK also shared that he didn’t think either he or Dorit should be paying each other spousal support.
Lawyers representing him stated that Dorit “controls when, and whether, the children see their father,” and they stated that she told him “to schedule time directly with the children, who are 10 and 12 years old.”
They shared that this was not suitable and went on to say that Dorit “has taken them out of the state several times without consent, left them with her parents for weeks without offering [PK] the ability to care for them, and used access as leverage for money.”
PK went at Dorit in the filing for making seeing their children difficult, noting that she “refused time on Father’s Day 2025 and had the children with her parents instead.”
He also shared that he was refused time on Father’s Day this year and “proceeded to post to her 1.7 million followers on Instagram a story about deadbeat dads that made the press.”
Dorit was also accused of leaving their children with a nanny and her parents rather than giving him a chance to watch them. In line with that, he stated his ex went to Europe for eight weeks and left the kids with her parents.
After Europe, he noted that she then flew to Ghana to go to RHOBH star Bozoma Saint John‘s wedding and then went to Ibiza for a week.
PK shared that he feels he should not be responsible for funding Dorit’s expensive lifestyle.
