Paul “PK” Kemsley wants child support from estranged wife Dorit Kemsley.
Amid their messy divorce and custody battle over their two kids, son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10, PK submitted a report to the court in which his accountant explained why PK, 59, should be getting child support from the 50-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on September 18, PK’s accountant believes Dorit should be paying PK $581 per month in child support, despite the fact that he makes around $107,943 per month. As for Dorit, her monthly income was redacted in the report, although it was alleged that she had spent $32,000 on family expenses from January 2026 to August 2026, while PK had spent $1.9 million from April 2024 to March 2026.
Aside from family expenses, it was noted that Dorit had spent $435,000 on clothes and jewelry, and $56,000 on trips.
As RHOBH fans will recall, PK recently accused Dorit of ignoring bills and spending nearly $1 million on luxury items and travel. In response, Dorit denied his claims, explaining that designer clothes she purchased were for the show and often returned.
Dorit then accused PK of failing to pay the mortgage for their previously shared $6.5 million home in Encino, California, where she resides with their two children.
While TMZ’s report did not share Dorit’s monthly income, attorney Ronald Richards claimed on September 20 that Dorit was making around $2 million per year, which amounts to about $166,000 each month.
“Devastating financial evidence submitted in connection with [Dorit]’s hail Mary request for fees and child support. We broke it down for you. Dorit makes about $2M per year with endorsements. One would think you would save some of this income as the principal asset in your marriage, your house, won’t yield any money due to its debt. But no, Dorit instead spent $435,517 on clothes since the start of this year and $56,660 on travel. She spent $909,000 on wardrobe expenses from 2/24 to 2/26. Dorit also spent a total of $2,661,538 on expenses for herself from 1/24 to 2/26,” Ronald shared, noting that she “spent 80% of her disposable income on nonfamily expenses.”
“These are the facts. Who does this?” he wondered. “A delusional person. You cannot make this much money, then spend it on the above and think the family law court is going to force the other spouse to subsidize this in the form of child or spousal support. Dorit brought all these upon herself. She will leave the marriage with little savings but a high salary and passive income. She has the choice of stopping the excessive spending but there is nothing here to feel sorry about. This is a self-inflicted situation.”
