The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Dorit Kemsley and Paul “PK” Kemsley are estranged and have been entangled in a bitter divorce battle since she filed in April 2025.

Along the way, one of the most contentious things has been their $7 million Los Angeles home, as it had accrued over $6 million in mortgage debt, which made the threat of foreclosure a looming possibility.

Today, it was reported by TMZ that the pair will sell their home after the exes were able to come to an agreement.

The judge also instructed Dorit to be out of the home by November.

During the hearing, which was held earlier today, PK, 59, claimed Dorit, 50, had not been paying the mortgage on their home.

Samantha Spector, Dorit’s attorney, claimed PK should be paying the bills and insisted he had more than enough funds to cover the debt that was owed on the property.

During this week, Dorit’s legal team worked out a deal to sell their home, and she hired Buying Beverly Hills star Zach Goldsmith to be the real estate agent on it.

While PK had said Dorit was stalling in selling the home, Dorit stated PK was refusing to sign the agreement with Zach.

When the court stepped in, they ordered the home to be sold with Zach as the listing agent. Furthermore, they said that PK will become a manager of the LLC that owns the home and help to move the sale of it along.

Dorit was ordered to cover utilities on the property, including past-due bills, while PK was ordered to pay the mortgage until Dorit leaves the house.

Once the house sells, PK will be reimbursed from profits and will be paid back for other funds he put into the home after they split.

Attorney Ronald Richards was the first to break the news on X as he also reported that the judge denied PK’s request for $90,000 in sanctions.

Additionally, the exes have another hearing coming up on October 1 to address Dorit’s request for support.
