Dorit Kemsley has delayed foreclosure yet again.
Days after a lender suggested that the 49-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, 58, were working their way out of foreclosure on their $6.5 million mansion in Encino, California, where Dorit has resided with their two kids since their split, attorney Ronald Richards has offered an update on the situation.
“Dorit Kemsley, once again, delayed the foreclosure this morning,” he revealed on July 7, along with a court document. “This time, because she is traveling celebrating her birthday. As we have said, she will never sign a deal that forces her about of the house. The only way she will leave is if the second forecloses. Paul will find this out soon and be forced to make the hard choice of not advancing further funds to save a sinking ship without getting anything in return.”
In the court document attached to Ronald’s post, California TD Specialists was listed as the trustee while Aldon Road LLC was named as the borrower.
It was also stated that the July 7 date of sale that was set for 10:30 a.m. had been rescheduled for July 14, which just so happens to be Dorit’s 50th birthday.

Following the sharing of the post, several commenters weighed in, many of whom questioned the lifestyle choices Dorit was making amid her financial turmoil.
“Can afford to travel…mortgage?…something seems off,” one person wrote.
“Seriously???” asked another. “The average person could never get away with this.”
“Imagine not paying your mortgage but out celebrating your bday,” wrote a third.
Others suggested that the situation was “making a mockery of the law” and encouraged the lender to “sell it already and kick her a** out.”
