Milania Giudice had reportedly been experiencing suicidal thoughts and was newly released from the hospital when police responded to a call from the Tampa International Airport regarding the 20-year-old.
Following the posting of a since-deleted video of Milania, which showed her arguing with her mother, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, 54, while surrounded by police and her older sister, Gia Giudice, 25, new details about what led up to the incident have been shared.
According to a Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) log obtained by TMZ on September 24, police were informed that Milania had been experiencing “suicidal thoughts/mental breakdown” and had spent time at St. Anthony’s Hospital.
It was also noted that Milania could have been involved in a potential Baker Act situation in which a patient is forced to undergo an involuntary mental health examination.
A spokesman for Tampa International Airport also addressed the situation, sharing that cops were called for help on Wednesday at 2:20 p.m., and confirming that no arrest was made, no medical transport was required, and no police report was submitted.
The incident took place at the United Airlines counter in the airport’s main terminal, and it was reported that the “person got away” while a counselor was with an officer and headed toward long-term parking as Teresa looked on.
In the video shared on TikTok and reposted elsewhere, Milania is heard saying, “This is what we do now, everybody. This is what we do. This is what we do now,” as her mom Teresa tries to calm her down, saying, “I love you.”
Then, as Teresa keeps reassuring Milania, “I love you. I love you,” Milania tells her, “This is what we do now,” and then says, “Shut the f*ck up.”

As RHONJ fans well know, the clip of Milania was shared months after she was arrested for an alleged assault, and after the tragic death of her longtime friend, Victoria Zardoya.
“She just lost her friend, people grieve and act differently when they are hurting,” someone wrote after the video was shared.
“Her best friend tragically died, let’s give her some grace,” someone else agreed.
