Filming for season 18 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta recently began.
While the ladies always want to look their best on camera, RHOA star Kelli Porter recently shared that she underwent a cosmetic procedure.
Specifically, Kelli underwent a Lipo 360 + J-Plasma transformation with Dr. Ladipo in Atlanta.
The procedure includes Lipo 360, a body contouring procedure in which circumferential liposuction is done around a person’s midsection. Rather than providing weight loss, as typical liposuction would, the Lipo 360 procedure helps shape the body.
J-Plasma is the technology used to perform the procedure in place of traditional laser liposuction.
Kelly, 41, pictured above before the procedure, spoke about it on Dr. Ladipo’s Instagram.
“Day one… um, to be honest, day one I was just a little out of it, you know?” she shared about how she felt right after the procedure. “I don’t really remember much. I remember, you know, talking in that room and then waking up in another.”
“It was good,” she continued. “I mean, from day one to now, of course, I am walking better… The swelling is going down, I feel better, I’m kind of getting back to myself… I’m back at work, you know! I can’t take off too long. So, I’m good! So far, so good.”
Kelli noted she had “no complaints.”
“I think… the times are getting better, just staying on top of all of my post-op care. My massages are super important.”
She spoke out again at the five-day post-op mark.
“I had the absolute most seamless process here with Dr. Ladipo,” she said. “Very easy, very seamless, very professional, very timely… They literally made the experience pleasurable, right? ‘Cause when you think about surgery, of course you get your surgery jitters, and it’s like, ‘Ugh, I don’t know, I’m kind of scared.’ But everything from start to finish has been absolutely amazing.”

She added she couldn’t “think of a better” place to get the procedure done.
