Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville has had a tough go at things recently.
As fans know, she has been battling a health crisis involving facial disfigurement since 2023.
Now, Brandi, 53, has revealed that her father, Guy Glanville, has passed away at 77.
“My dad died. I’m gutted. I hate this life right now,” she shared on X yesterday, adding a broken heart emoji.

No other details regarding Guy’s death were shared at this time.
Brandi had shared with fans in May that her father was having health issues as he was in a cardiac unit.
“Been completely off the grid,” she posted on X at the time. “Dad in cardiac unit at the hospital & it’s day 13 now. We are both medical mysteries. Pray for my dad Guy Glanville.”
In September, while thanking fans for pitching in for a GoFundMe for her medical bills, she noted she had to go see her father to say her “final goodbye.”
Brandi and her dad had a turbulent relationship at times and appeared on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Edition in 2018.
While they mended their relationship on the show, once they left, they weren’t speaking.
“My dad and I, we left the show in a great space and then, when the show aired, we haven’t talked since,” Brandi told Entertainment Tonight after the show premiered. “You know, he’s not done TV before, and I warned him ahead of time, ‘They’re not going to be able to show everything that we shot. They’re going to show the highlights, so you have to write down notes and understand it’s going to be the highlights of what we shot, and don’t get mad – you’re gonna get mad all over again,’ and ultimately, he did.”
“It’s been quite some time and unfortunately… I’m used to this, it’s [just like] Housewives, like, I can handle it,” she elaborated. “For him, I think he cares what his friends and everyone was saying about what they saw, and I thought they gave him a great edit, to be honest, ’cause he was a little bit worried. But, no, we haven’t talked since, unfortunately. But I love him dearly. He’s everything. I’m just, I’m leaving [it] in his corner. Because you know, you know me, I get a little aggressive.”
They ended up patching things up later on.
