Ariana Biermann sparked speculation that she has beef with Scheana Shay — after the Next Gen NYC star hinted that a Bravoleb was “really rude” to her at the VRT Awards, and her co-star Brooks Marks witnessed it.

During the awards show, many Bravo stars met up to celebrate the event. Scheana and Luann de Lesseps even performed their own songs. (Scheana has been off Bravo since her firing from Vanderpump Rules.)

At the 2026 Virtual Reali-Tea Awards, Ariana was asked what the “messiest” part of the night was.

“I had to watch somebody perform that I don’t love,” said the star. “[This person] was really rude to me. — And it was not the last performance.”

“It wasn’t Luann!” Liam Obergfoll explained in the same interview.

Somebody then asked Ariana what happened with her and the unnamed Bravo star.

“I think that’s a question for me and Brooks,” she said cryptically. “I can’t. Always treat people with kindness. That’s all I have to say.”

Fans then speculated that, if it wasn’t Luann, then she was referring to Scheana, who performed her song “Good as Gold” on stage at the event.

Last month, Ariana reflected on why her romance with Liam ended while filming.

“I’m honestly not really used to like a … very healthy, safe relationship,” said Ariana at the time on Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristow. “I [had] told my mom I’m going to marry [Liam]. … And then I had Charlie [Zakkour] creeping up my ear. I mean, he’s been creeping up my ear for two damn years. You know, like, I finally just gave him the time.”

In the season finale, Ariana ended things with Liam and began seeing Charlie.

“I never wanted to be with Charlie as my boyfriend,” she continued. “But that’s what made me comfortable with him. That’s what made me like, this doesn’t matter. … This is like a no-feelings [thing]. Like it’s fun to flirt with you and it makes me happy and it’s fun. … But like … you’re not going to be the father to my children. … Liam could have been a husband. Liam could have been whatever. That, I think, is what scared the s**t out of me.”
