Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Denise Richards has been going through a contentious divorce battle with Aaron Phypers since July 2025.

Along the way, there have been allegations of abuse, infidelity, and more.

Denise, 55, recently sat down for an interview with Jenny McCarthy on her The Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg Show, where she insisted she will never get married again.

“Will I ever get married again? Abso-f***ing-lutely not. I don’t want that piece of paper,” she stated.

While being married to Aaron, 54, Denise noted she felt like she was “a product” and that their marriage was a “business arrangement.”

“That part, I can’t do again. I’m 0 for 2. I am,” she elaborated on her marriages to Aaron and her first husband, Charlie Sheen.

“I would have a partner, and I want to fall in love again… I don’t want to be bitter, I don’t want to be cold,” she added.

As for her relationship with Aaron, Denise told Jenny, 53, that it was the one regret she’s had in her life.

“I wasn’t looking for a relationship, but it happened,” she shared. “It was a good time in my life, too, where my girls were getting a bit older, and everything was behind me with Charlie. I certainly, looking back, wish I never set foot into his wellness place ever. I don’t have any regrets in my life. I’ve always been the type that everything’s a lesson — the challenges, as painful as they can be, I don’t regret it. This, I regret. I’ve never regretted anything.”

She also noted that she’s friends with all of her exes but cannot see that happening with Aaron.

“I have a hard time looking at pictures of us during the course of the years that we were together,” she shared later on in the interview. “So, even looking at pictures of us, I can’t even look at it. It’s such a deep pain and regret and betrayal,” she continued. “I think it was fake on his part. Even the happy times of us being on a trip or whatever, I can’t even look at it because I believe it wasn’t even real. I’ve learned so much about him and our marriage during the separation, more than I did during the marriage. I can’t wait until my divorce is final. I will delete every memory [of him], and I’ve never done that before. It’s that bad.”

Additionally, Denise shared that she has a “hard time sleeping at night” due to feeling like she’s looking behind her back.

“One of the things that drives me nuts is when people say, ‘Well, why don’t you leave?'” she continued. “You think I wanted to stay? You think it’s that easy? It’s so easy to judge. I certainly did not choose this. He was not that way when… our relationship started. Well, if I saw it, do you think I would have married this person?”

She also noted she was “too abused” to where she “couldn’t leave” and was “too afraid to” for her “safety.”

“You’re like still, like, don’t know what he’s going to do,” she said. “That’s what I went through, and I’m still going through it.”
