Chrisley Knows Best alum Savannah Chrisley recently revealed she is expecting her first baby.

Savannah, 29, also revealed that the baby’s father is Jason Galanis, 56, whom she married in July.

Now, Savannah has taken to Instagram to share the gender of her first child.

“IT’S A BOY!!! 🩵😭,” she wrote. “My sweet miracle boy… You are everything we prayed for and more. The most beautiful reminder that God’s plans are always greater than our own.”

“The past few days have reminded me just how cruel this world can be,” she continued, likely referring to the criticism her new man and baby announcement garnered. “But no amount of hate could ever overshadow the joy of loving you. You are a MIRACLE.”

Savannah called her baby boy “precious” and insisted she and Jason would spend the rest of their lives “protecting” him, “praying” over him, and “loving” him “beyond measure.”

“We may not be able to shield you from every bit of darkness in this world, but we promise to raise you to be a LIGHT in it,” she added. “You are already our greatest blessing, our answered prayer, and the sweetest chapter of our lives. God knew exactly what He was doing when He gave us YOU.”

Savannah concluded by sharing an exciting statement: “WE GET TO BE YOUR MOMMY AND DADDY!!! 🥹🩵”

Savannah’s parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, were also in attendance as they posed with their daughter.

When Savannah first announced she was pregnant on Instagram, she did so with a lengthy message.

“I’ve prayed for this life,” she stated. “I’ve cried for this life. And there were moments I truly wondered if this life would ever be mine. The past few years have taken me through fires I never imagined I’d have to walk through. Seasons of heartbreak, loss, and moments when I didn’t know if I would ever make it to the other side. I wondered if I would ever find my forever… if I would ever feel safe enough to truly breathe again.”

She also claimed that God had sent her “J,” her fiancé, whom she called her “protector,” “fiercest fighter,” and “safe place.”

After some outlets began reporting on Jason’s past, as he had been a former business associate of Joe Biden‘s son Hunter, and he was sentenced to almost 16 years behind bars for an alleged role he had played in securities fraud schemes, Savannah again took to social media to defend her baby.

“You are not a headline. You are not a controversy,” she shared on her Instagram Story with a picture of her baby’s sonogram. “You are not defined by anyone’s past, anyone’s mistakes, or anyone’s opinions.”

She also called her forthcoming child “innocent, deeply loved, and the greatest blessing.”

“No amount of noise in this world will ever overshadow the joy of being your mama,” she elaborated. “You are my answered prayer, and I will never apologize for celebrating you.”
