Brandi Glanville is one of the most controversial figures in reality TV. Still, fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have genuine concern for the former star as she’s been battling severe health issues for quite some time. Now, she’s revealing even more as she recently opened up about having acidic drainage in her face that’s eating away at her teeth and causing several other issues.
Brandi has been in the news for her health problems since 2023 when she came forward about having a mysterious facial disfigurement. At the time, she partly blamed her health issues on stress stemming from her legal and professional struggles.
Recently, Brandi took to her X account to vent and share the latest news about her health journey. The RHOBH alum posted, “I have painful lumps 1 in jaw bone area1on side of neck &1in back of neck I have chills &A constant oily fowl tasting drainage from face into mouth it’s acidic&is eating away at my teeth plus all of my lymph nodes in head & neck are swollen.Drs at Kaiser say I’m fine :/HELP ME.”

Brandi has enlisted the help of several doctors over the years, but it seems her issues are only getting worse. Notably, Dr. Terry Dubrow has even helped the former Bravo star, but it’s unclear what difference his services could make.
This update comes after Brandi said less than a week ago that her face was “worse than ever” and that it’s “literally melted away.” She stated that she had previously begun to improve, but she could no longer afford the IV antibiotics and fungal medication.
These are also stressful times for Brandi because she hasn’t been able to work at her previous capacity due to her health issues and strained relationship with Bravo, NBCUniversal, and Andy Cohen. Fans will recall that her professional relationships went south after Caroline Manzo accused her of sexual assault while filming the infamous unaired Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip season.
