Danny and Nia Booko dropped nearly $1.3 million on a new home in Santa Clarita, California, earlier this year, ahead of the birth of their fourth child, daughter Adelaide.
As they prepared to become a family of six, with older son Asher and twins Isabella and Zariah, the fan favorite couple of The Valley, settled into a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2,845-square-foot home, which boasts stunning views of the mountains and its own swimming pool.
The home features a terracotta roof and 2-car garage.
The interior of the home features an open floor plan with limestone flooring throughout the dining room and living spaces.
Recessed lighting adds to the brightness of the window and door-lined space.
Danny and Nia’s kitchen is outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances and features a walk-in pantry.
A large island is found in the middle of the space, topped with quartz countertops.
A large bedroom features access to a top-floor balcony with views of Plum Canyon and recessed lighting.
The bedroom is lined with wood floors.
The main bathroom features tile flooring and a soaking tub surrounded by marble.
A double sink vanity is flanked by a large mirror.
More bedrooms can be found upstairs, all of which feature recessed lighting and their own windows.
Also upstairs is a loft area with a gym.
The common area could also be used for a playroom.
A resort-style backyard features a swimming pool with a safety gate.
A turf lawn offers a great area for the kids to play.
Outside on the patio is space for entertaining, much of which is covered.

Months after buying the home, Danny and Nia welcomed their Valley castmates, including Kristen Doute, Brittany Cartwright, Jesse Lally, Michelle Saniei, Jasmine Goode, Melissa Marie, and Zack Wickham, into their home for a housewarming party amid production on the show’s upcoming third season.
In photos shared on Nia’s Instagram Story, a balloon display was featured, as were plenty of cowboy hats, string lights, and all things country.
“Happy housewarming cuties,” read the caption of a photo of the couple sharing a kiss.
Meanwhile, on Kristen’s page, she shared a group photo of the cast, all of whom were dressed for the occasion.
No word yet on a premiere date for The Valley season three.
