Details of Jesse Lally & Michelle Saniei Child and Spousal Support Revealed, Find Out Who Got What in Divorce

Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei have settled their divorce and agreed that, due to their success as individuals, they do not need one another to provide support — either spousal or for their five-year-old daughter, Isabella.

In The Valley stars’ October 27 settlement documents, it was confirmed that Jesse, 45, and Michelle, 36, agreed to share custody of Isabella as other details of their agreement were revealed.

“Taking into consideration all relevant facts and circumstances of the respective Parties, neither spouse seeks or requires of the other any permanent spousal support now or in the future. Due to the respective financial circumstances of the Parties, this absolute and irrevocable waiver of spousal support is fair and equitable,” Jesse and Michelle’s deal explained, via a report from Us Weekly on October 29. “Each party acknowledges that he or she is healthy, gainfully employed and/or fully capable of supporting and maintaining oneself and does completely waive the right to obtain spousal support from the other.”

In addition to agreeing that spousal and child support should be waived, Jesse and Michelle decided to split the expenses for their daughter’s medical bills and activities, and they agreed they would each have two uninterrupted weeks with Isabella at a time. They also said they’d make joint decisions about her health and schooling, that Michelle would have Isabella on her birthday, and that Jesse would have the child on his birthday.

“The custodial parent shall have the discretion to determine Isabella’s attendance at social events during their custodial time,” the deal read.

As for their assets, Jesse got a 2024 BMW M850i, several bank accounts, an IRS tax payment for 2018, and credit cards, while Michelle got a 2025 BMW X-1, two bank accounts, rights to her company, and credit cards.

They then agreed to split the cost of a low six-figure loan, which requires $1,472 monthly payments, and to pay their own legal fees.

As The Valley fans may have seen, Jesse and Michelle confirmed they’d reached an agreement in their divorce on October 22.

“I’m grateful we reached an agreement and we can both start a new chapter in our lives. Our No. 1 priority has always been Isabella, and we’ll continue to coparent to be the best parents for her,” Michelle told Us Weekly at the time.

Meanwhile, Jesse added, “Michelle and I have taken the last step towards finalizing our divorce. We’re moving forward with mutual respect for each other and focusing on making memories with Isabella.”

Following their March 2024 split, Jesse began dating Lacy Nicole, 35, whom he’s still with, and Michelle struck up a romance with Aaron Nosler, 39, whom she split from in July

The Valley season three is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime early next year.
