Porsha Williams will not be facing criminal charges related to her recent encounter on a Delta flight.

Days after the 44-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star was involved in a dispute with a fellow first-class passenger on a flight from Las Vegas, where she was attending BravoCon, to Atlanta, where she lives, her lawyer released a statement, confirming that “no crime” was committed by the reality star.

“We just received word from the United States Attorney’s Office that they have determined that ‘no crime has been committed,’ and that the FBI ‘will not pursue any further investigative actions regarding this matter,'” Porsha’s attorney, Joe Habachy, told TMZ on November 21.

He continued, “While Ms. Williams is certainly pleased to have received this news today, we cannot say that we are surprised given that there was never a physical encounter and given that the allegations made against Ms. Williams by this unhinged passenger were blatantly false from the beginning.”

“Sadly, nothing can undo the unfortunate and damaging press frenzy that ensued as a result of these false allegations with many headlines that were downright defamatory. At a minimum, Ms. Williams is owed apologies by this passenger and by every publication that furthered the unsubstantiated storyline at Ms. Williams’ expense,” he continued. “Ms. Williams offers her sincere thanks to the many witnesses who took time from their schedules to come forward and provide statements to law enforcement and to the Agents who worked so hard to uncover the truth.”

As RHOA fans may have heard, Porsha and the woman involved in the dispute spoke to police when their flight landed in Atlanta, and it was revealed that their argument was due to Porsha listening to videos on her phone without earbuds. As for whether things got physical between them, the woman alleged that Porsha had slapped her phone out of her hand, but Porsha denied it.

Although prosecutors will not be dealing Porsha with criminal charges, TMZ suggested that a civil lawsuit was possible. However, when it comes to air travel, Porsha was back to business on Sunday.

“Airpods on deck! Safe Travel to me,” she wrote in the caption of an Instagram Story on November 23.
