RHOSLC Reunion Part 2 Recap: Meredith Accuses Britani of Supporting a Bigot, Angie Says Lisa Trolled Her and Exposes DMs as Andy Walks Off Set, Plus Mary Butts Heads With Lisa and Calls Her “Dark”

There is a lot of finger-pointing and fighting on this reunion episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Andy’s frustrations with moderating reach a tipping point, and he walks off the set while the ladies argue, one louder than the next. Lisa refuses to take the blame for something she swears she did not do, and when Meredith refers to Britani as a bigot, it begins to make sense why Meredith was so angry with Britani all season.

Angie is ready to call Lisa out, and she has a scroll to prove it. There has been a social media account trolling Angie for the past two years. According to Angie, this account is linked to Lisa’s phone number. Although denying she has any connection to this account, Lisa confirms that, yes, it IS her phone number. This account posts negative comments about Angie and is forever hyping Lisa up, so it’s logical that Lisa would be behind it, right?

Lisa claims that Angie is lying, and they go back and forth over who is telling the truth. Lisa is promising that she will prove this account is not hers, and Andy tries his best to snap the ladies out of this arguing, but there is no stopping them. They are yelling about who is crazier when a frustrated Andy gets up and walks off the set.

Upon realizing that they just p*ssed Andy off, the women are immediately remorseful and apologetic, and “Daddy Andy” comes back to the stage after giving them a quick time out. So much for moderating…

The fighting continues when Heather alludes to a photograph of Meredith with Rolling Thunder. Apparently, this is a photograph of Meredith with a man she was dating when she was separated from Seth. Heather claims to be such a great friend to Meredith, but why does she bring this up, AND why does she still have said picture on her phone?

A lunch break is welcomed, and they all head off to their teams. Bad Wheather talk about Meredith not defending Lisa, and this makes them… mad? Weren’t they just mad about her always sticking up for Lisa?

Meredith tells Lisa she is doing great, and of course, Lisa wants to hear what exactly she is doing great in typical Lisa fashion. Lisa reminds Meredith that they have to be prepared to back each other. And to that, Meredith muses, “Why do you think they’re so obsessed with us? It’s weird and creepy.”

Once back on set, a Mary segment ensues. According to Andy, the “M in Mary M. Cosby stands for Mediator” because this season, she likes to tackle problems head-on. She becomes so emotional watching the segment on Robert Jr. Currently, he is incarcerated because he violated a restraining order. He was even tased upon arrest. Mary is no longer worried about Robert Jr. now that he is in jail, and she hopes that he can learn and make his own decisions, even if it has to be the hard way.

Mary explains that she has not gone to visit Robert Jr. in jail, but she does talk to him on the phone every day. She preaches to him and reminds him that this will help to scare him straight. When Robert said he wanted books, she suggested Heather’s book; however, she was surprised to learn that there was a whole chapter about her, thus revealing that she had never read Heather’s book.

The docuseries about Mary’s church alleges that Mary’s “kink” is money and that the congregation sees her as God. Mary’s tough exterior helps her deal with the hurt caused by the documentary, especially when her sister became involved. Whitney is happy to see people supporting Mary, and Lisa reminds them that this is old news.

Meredith explains that sticking up for a friend means that you have to know what you’re sticking up for, which is why she did not back Lisa 100% when it came to her legal issues. Lisa states that she is very good friends with Meredith, and that’s what friends do. However, Mary is quick to remind the world that Lisa and Meredith were not always thick as thieves. Hello, “garbage wh*re?!”

It’s interesting to see Meredith move on and not hold a grudge when it comes to Lisa, despite the horrible things Lisa called her. When Andy asks Lisa if she was happy that Mary stuck up for her.  Lisa clearly does not recall this instance, and it is so awkward, especially when Mary reminds Lisa, “I’m not happy about anything when it comes to you, Lisa.”

Lisa claims she is grateful that Mary took her side, but Mary reminds Lisa that she moves forward, whereas Lisa “lives in the negative train.” Mary goes on to tell Lisa that she is very dark, and Lisa feels attacked by these words.

The infamous plane ride gets addressed- you know, the one with ZERO footage. It all started when Britani was shady and brought up something she saw on TikTok about Seth having an affair. This caused Meredith to spiral and allegedly go bonkers on the plane ride home. As of today, Meredith and Britani have no relationship.

When you bring up someone’s marriage, you should brace for impact. However, Bronwyn points out that she never lost her mind when her marriage was bashed the way that Meredith did… Britani’s proof that Seth was unfaithful, which she hinted at on WWHL, is bullsh*t.  Her “proof” would not hold up in court; it was a heard-through-the-grapevine kinda thing. Jared’s involvement in this is questionable; however, unseen footage shows him trying to stay out of the drama, despite Lisa trying to mix him right in.

Britani goes on to say she feels triggered by Meredith’s behavior since her daughter has seizures, and Meredith’s movements seem to be similar when she becomes enraged. The thing is, no one can believe there is no recording from the plane. Heather can record Lisa losing her ring in a public bathroom in 2023, but she keeps her phone away for THIS?!

Heather swears that at one point, everyone was on Meredith’s side with the whole TikTok rumor, but it tipped when Meredith began spiraling. Heather calls Meredith out for her “ability to record certain things because it serves her,” yet she can’t remember what happened on the plane. Heather tells Meredith, “FU,” when Meredith claims Heather screeched at her for two months. Heather promises their friendship is now over, and so, “Buckle up, Meredith. It’s not gonna be a fun ride.” Heather reminds Meredith that she has been her friend for six years and claims she has backed her.

Meredith wonders if what everyone claimed had happened on the plane, why did no one run to Britani’s aid or check in with Meredith?! Heather states that they are protecting Meredith from the horrible things she has said and that it’s not all about protecting Britani. Whitney says that she asked Meredith multiple times to be quiet during the flight, but Meredith remembers it differently.

When Meredith asked to see the infamous TikTok, Whitney allegedly told Meredith, “You go find the f*cking TikTok.” Whitney points out that when it serves Meredith, she remembers what happened on the plane (eerily similar to what Heather said earlier).

No one switched seats with Britani because they were descending, and Meredith denies the fact that she had direct engagement with Britani. The only time she had any contact was when Lisa was sleeping, and she had to climb over her. Meredith refuses to own anything. When asked if she had a drink before stepping on the plane, Meredith pivots and locks in on Britani.

She then explains WHY she has such a fractured relationship with Britani. Meredith believes it is rooted in bigotry. Britani and Meredith used (past tense) the same nail guy. When Meredith realized he was a bigot, she immediately backed away, but Britani wrote a glowing review for the guy when his ratings dropped.

According to Britani, she had NO IDEA he was wrapped up in that sort of thing and only wrote the review because he did a good (free) job. Britani explains she is innocent here (and Lisa and Meredith are always guilty), and Meredith tells us that this situation was festering inside of her during filming. That would explain Meredith’s hostility towards Britani…

Meredith feels like Britani has been targeting her because of her religion, but Britani does not appreciate Meredith’s excuse to be mad at her. Meredith refers to Britani as the victim, and Britani tearfully exits the stage. Is she putting the women in time-out just like Andy?
