Denise Richards‘ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, may have been arrested for domestic violence in October, but he doesn’t want that to get in the way of the potential spousal support she gives him.
Amid his pending criminal case, Aaron, 53, is requesting that a judge force the 55-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star to pay him support, noting that while she is able and making plenty of money on OnlyFans and through her television gigs, he has no stable home and a six-figure debt.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on February 20, Aaron doesn’t believe that Denise’s abuse claims against him should come into play since he has not yet been convicted of what he’s accused of. He also noted that he’d denied her allegations and pled guilty to the charges that have been brought against him.
After asking for a whopping $150,000 per month from Denise, Aaron explained that because he took the photos that Denise posted on her OnlyFans account, they are his property and he deserves half of her earnings from the platform.
Additionally, Aaron said that while he was supposed to have been paid for appearing alongside Denise on RHOBH, he never received a check.
As fans will recall, Denise and Aaron tied the knot in September 2018 and split in July 2025. Since then, Denise has been granted a restraining order against Aaron after accusing him of hitting her numerous times throughout their marriage and degrading her verbally as well.
Last month, after Aaron’s mother, Patricia, and brother, Brett, launched a GoFundMe campaign on his behalf, asking supporters to help her raise $110,000, Denise slammed the family for using her young daughter, 14-year-old Eloise, to profit.
“Say whatever you want about me, which they have. I’ll deal with that after the divorce. But when you cross a line and bring my youngest daughter into trying to get money from strangers — it’s outrageous,” Denise said on the January 7 episode of Misspelling. “That is wrong.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
