Lisa Rinna is in talks to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Reality Blurb can exclusively report.
After some chatter surfaced on social media, an insider confirmed the buzz is true.
Lisa does have one alleged stipulation for returning to the franchise, though, as the insider insisted she “wants a lot of money.”
“And I think she’ll get it,” they added.
The news is shocking, as Lisa has been vocal about her disdain for the show and Andy Cohen, having gone at them extensively in her new book, You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It, which was released in February.
“I brought that show so much,” she wrote, discussing her departure from it. “I gave my all. They knew what I brought to the table and that’s why it was so crushing to be dumped so unceremoniously. Nobody had my back, not even Andy. Especially Andy. He left me in the ditch to have my eyes pecked out by the vultures.”
She also blasted the cast for mistreating her in the wake of her mother, Lois, dying.
“Even though all the ladies loved Lois, during both of my parents’ deaths, my RHOBH castmates were awful to me,” she said. “When my dad died during season 7, I was accused of being a drug addict and Lisa Vanderpump and Dorit were tag-team torturing me. It was rough.”
As far as whether she’d ever return to the show, Lisa addressed that in a March 2024 episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show.
“No, never. No I wouldn’t,” she claimed. “I’m grateful for that show. I’m the person I am today because of it, but I’ll never go back. Nope, I did it. Did it, done it, saw the movie.”
Appearing on a 2025 episode of the Thunderpuss podcast, hosted by Jake Shane, Lisa explained why she ultimately decided to exit the franchise.
“In the beginning, we wrote blogs. You would have to watch the show, and you’d write and blog about it,” she stated. “That’s a long time ago. Then it became social media, and everybody got really comfortable behind their computers saying anything.”
She also confessed that the fans were who “ran” her off the show.
“It wasn’t Bravo, it wasn’t the girls. It was the fanbase,” she noted. “They villainized me in a way that I just didn’t want to live like that anymore. And that is the truth… The fanbase has to know it’s because of them that I left the show and that’s something I think they don’t want to take responsibility for.” She reiterated that once the fanbase turned on her, it became too much for her to deal with.
Although there was a lot of tension over the years, Lisa confirmed in February that she and Andy are now on good terms.
“As humans, we evolve, we grow, we change and we learn from things,” she said in an interview with E! News. “Andy and I have done that. I’ve pissed him off. He’s pissed me off. We’ve gone through a lot, and he really is a dear friend.”
“He’s always been a champion – until he hasn’t,” she continued. “We really do respect one another and care for one another. I just was so moved by it. It meant the world to me.”
In that interview, she reiterated she would not be returning to RHOBH, bluntly stating “no” when the topic was broached.
“I’m grateful for my time at Bravo. I learned a lot,” she added.
Although Bravo doesn’t typically comment on casting rumors for upcoming seasons of their shows, Andy spoke out about the rumor that he offered Lisa $1 million to return.
“We didn’t do that. I would say she’s probably never coming back,” he said. “I would say she’s saying that, too. Yeah, it’s done.”
As Bravo fans know, things are often in flux, so it remains to be seen if Lisa does end up returning for next season of RHOBH. If she does, it’s likely fans would welcome her, given how vocal they’ve been about their disdain for the currently airing season 15.
