Denise Richards scored a small victory against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, during a court hearing on Monday amid their messy divorce.

As she was also ordered to pay Aaron $5,000 a month in temporary spousal support and $30,000 in attorney’s fees, the 55-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star requested that documents pertaining to her split from Aaron, 53, be sealed.

According to a recent report from TMZ, the outlet confirmed that a judge agreed to keep the documents private.

Meanwhile, in a second report from The California Post, it was revealed that Judge Nicole Bershon also ordered Denise to pay Aaron spousal support and attorney fees at the hearing, which Denise claimed she couldn’t afford.

“I can’t afford it,” she replied, looking frantic.

As RHOBH fans may recall, Aaron filed for divorce last July, claiming that he was in need of spousal support since he supposedly had no income at the time. He also alleged that Denise was bringing in more than $250,000 each month from her OnlyFans account, brand deals, television roles, and other appearances.

Although Denise also sought spousal support from Aaron, the judge ordered her to pay him instead.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
